The Four-Phase Ritual

Should I get this right before or after a big event?
Post-event is amazing for recovery (wait at least 24 hours after a massive race). Pre-event, we recommend coming in 3–5 days before to loosen things up without making you feel too "noodly" on game day.
Will I be sore?
Expect a little "good sore"—like you had a great workout. It’s the feeling of your muscles finally letting go of chronic tension. Drink a ton of water post-session to help the flush.
What if I have a specific injury?

How often should I book?
